#84564 - Use SRAM as code memory. |
Can I use extarnal SRAM as a code memory and internal code memory in one time?
I want to build a system with code upload do EEPROM 24CXX. System must starting from "BIOS" internal memory code, load code from EEPROM to SRAM and execute this code from SRAM. "BIOS" was a set of procedures to use I2C EEPROM, keyboard, LCD etc. Some of EEPROM memory will used to storage presets and settings. I want to simply change program writing new code to EEPROM by external I2C interface. I want change only execute don't change "BIOS". How can I do it? Is there any hardware. It is posible??? |
