128 bytes (from 256) of internal RAM should be enough. Or I try to remap external RAM behind 16 kB. I saw aplication with both code and data in ROM(EPROM or FLASH), but I've never seen application about I ask. Thanks All. I'll try this application with decoder PSEN, R, W and paraller connected SRAM (W2465S-70LL) to typical AT89C52. |
