1) Try the 110V supply on your bench, 98% say that is not the problem, but that is dead easy to eliminate. If it is, the problem is decoupling.
2) your problem is, I'm 98% sure NOISE.
a) where do you have the problem (where is "not on testbench")
b) what is the "device that I am comtrolling" What signals from it, what signals to it?

read the FAQ entry "How can I resolve noise problems?", apply the remedies and you will have your problem solved.
