I intend running more tests now, but to answer Russell's question, Yes, there are varistors across the solenoids.
I would like to post a Pic showing exactly how it is connected, but I dont know how, some help with that please.


The S M power supply was designed and built by an engineer here, it is not Of-the-Shelf!
