Have you applied any of the advice given in that thread?
eg:
  • have you got rid of the RC reset?
  • have you searched through this forum for "brownout" and "EMC?"

    I am now running the uC with the WDT being disabled, and it runs perfectly on the test bench with a 12V supply.

    Only a WDT - why not a full external supervisor chip?

    When I take it back to the test bench, all is well again.
    Does anyone have an Idea as to what is going on.
