Jan brings up a good point, if the module is requiring the UART interface, you'll have to disconnect the MAX232 or it won't work. You wouldn't need to disconnect the Tx output from the 8031 to the MAX232 - the 8031 output should be able to drive both the RF module & the MAX232. But you would need to disconnect the MAX232 from the 8031 Rx input - otherwise you'd have both the MAX232 output and the RF Module output "fighting" each other... |
