Philips' P89C51RD2 and P89V51RD2, as well as the equivalents from SST and Winbond, all have 768 bytes XRAM. Temic's (now Atmel's) T89C51RD2 (which has been already obsoleted) has 1024 bytes XRAM (+2kB EEPROM) Atmel's AT89C51RD2/ED2 has 1792 bytes of XRAM (ED2 has the extra EEPROM; RD2 is not available in DIP).
