Yes i used Java Comm API to set up communication with the Siemens. Then wrote a program which could send data to the phone and also recieve from it. I made some methods of reading SMS from the phone or even writing SMS to the phone.I used Siemens M55 and a datacable using 115200 baud. If you have a phone you can use Hyper terminal to test whether it works. There is a good program which you can use to test your at commands on Siemens phones. it is called Siemens.Mobile.Control.v2.1.5 and this program you can read sms from the phone, and you can trace the data sent to the phone or recieved from the phone. if you need this program i can send it to you, by email Best regards Khaled Sarsam |
