Ok, I whipped up some code looking through some books and I
*thought* this should work, but it doesn't.

Can someone take a look at this and at least verify I've opened
the comport up to 57.6k correctly?

When I run the program, the laser goes to top left and sits.. as it should since there have not yet been any serial port values to convert to PWM. When I run my program on the computer, the laser jumps around to what appear to be random
locations, so now I need to narrow down if its a code problem
or my serial port is just wrong, or what. I'm sure the serial interupt section at the bottom isn't the cleanest way to grab
the values from the serial port, if it even works at all.

For those who are curious, the stream coming from the port is
simple text, an example of which follows :

Each "location" starts with a 1 or 0 (indicating laser power on or off), the next are X,Y coordinates.
