Also try downloading jsim simulator*, it's free and nice windows-based; it has a dallas 320 module but it seems it does not support the second UART - nevertheless it's fairly good for general 8051 simulation, at least you can get a feeling what happens inside the chip. Or you can also try it to simulate with the eval version of Keil uVision while it is relatively small (I think the limit is 2k of binary); just the Keil's a quite big package and it takes quite a time to get into it. Debugging hint: try transmitting 1 byte from UART1 after reset (mov sbuf1,#'A') - first it will show if you set up the UART correctly, second it should trigger the interrupt same as if you would receive a byte.
