Hi Andy,
It doesn't seem to have the option that you mention. Sorry for the mistake. If you take a look at Zworld RCM 2020 Core module for Rabbit 2000 processor. The whole package include a programming cable, core module and Dynamic C Compiler (Version 6.57PS). The compiler and debugger is in the IDE package. A typical example will be serial interrupt if used together with highest interrupt piority. I was told by their support that my interrupt routine would be best if it is coded in assembly instead of 'c'. From my experience with this chip, the longer you stay in an interrupt routine, the chances of getting "target not responding" is higher. It goes the same for external interrupt as well. The way it debug is not in hardware but software mode. Thus, doing PWM with this chip is really scary cause you have to study what they load into the Chip upon booting and going through their library is like going through a thick forest. IMHO, I think this chip is great for prototyping, general purposes and low volume project. But it's not great for huge production and timing sensitive project. Best Regards Andy |
