There is no way to protect your code. If one has decided to steal it one way or other he will do it.
that's the crux. On the web you will find posts "we will crack any chip protected in any way for $799" or something to that effect. The PROM chips were cracked by microscopic reading, I am sure that some thief has found a way to crack a flash chip. now, we have discussed this ad nauseam when are you going to answer the questions posted to you?
