HI Cory,
I assume a choke was really a bad choice. Since with the input capacity it can easy start to oscillate. Better use damping resistors but never chokes. For only 2MHz input over a line, I suggest using 74HCT14 devices (Schmitt-Trigger), slow enough to ignore higher self resonance by cable mismatch. The problem occur, since most FPGA accept much higher input frequency as 2Mhz (I assume, near 200MHz). Peter |
