8051 at 11.0592MHz, the maximum baud is 57600 (Timer 1 as baudrate source).
8051 at 22.1184MHz, maximum is 115200 (that's the common "agreed" maximum, mainly because of the level convertor chips end usually near this value). 8052 with Timer2 as baudrate generator, the maximum is 6x this value, 691200, but that's a "nonstandard" value, not found in PCs or other equipment.
