I might get your circuit wrong, but if you press SW1 you won't interrupt power to mC - you'll just manualy activate relay and nothing else. Aside the fact that you have RLY active you should not influence mC operation in any other way by pressing SW1

If you have issue with mC operation on this schematics when you frequently activate relay, than it is most probably EMI from RLY.

Again, I might be wrong?
