I have perception about uC hung is always stopped the clock, but with my trial circuit I found the problem cause by internal (include SFR) was corrupt.
So my strong qustion only "how SFR changes during disturbtion?"
That already answered by Patrick.
I have conclusion external WDT is better (I think).
