I already tell that I have been design four PCBs properly.
are they 4 layers with solid ground plane? are the traces to the crystal, the burden caps, the decoupling caps less that 1/4"? Who told you that you "have been design four PCBs properly" or is that just what YOU think?

After install into panel one of them was problem. Why only one? If all PCBs hung maybe my design is not correct.

what is design as opposed to an amateur circuit?
let us take one aspect:
a design is done this way
an input has a Vih min and a Vih max.
a design guarantees that the high fed to that pin is Vih max + a sizable "noise window".
a design guarantees that the low fed to that pin is Vil min - a sizable "noise window".

an amateur circuit is done this way:
If I connect an output to an input it will work.

Think this one through and you will se that the fact that "Why only one" has absolutely nothing to do with "design is correct"
