Philips/NXP has never made a 8051. They make uCs like P89LPC935, P89V51RD2 etc, but they do not make a 8051, they did not make '51s before CMOS

Partial or 'family' numbers are WORTHLESS, no two derivatives are indentical, or is it that you do not even know which uC you use?
