Once you have the analog circuitry stable; non-drifring; done with a suitable chip; well shielded, with a solid, separate analog ground plane on a 4 or 6 layer board; well isolated from power supply noise and hum; well isolated from the digital noise from the digital circuitry, then MAYBE, just MAYBE you have a chance to talk about 15 bits.
