Final comment....using a GLCD and rolling your own character driver on top the graphics is a far superior implementation because you can support several fonts mixed and the glyphs can be painted in any location..included rotated if you desire.
absolutely, if you have the need, however, if not, you save tons of processor time and codespace using a display with a character mode. Erik |
