89C2051 have a little problem it is short version of 8051 without external DATA.
If you can use any full version of uPC, you can store a data in external little SRAM (mayby 256 bajt) and use external Lithum batery to supply only this SRAM :). As I remember in hardware reset 8051 reset only internal RAM, an EXTERNAL is needed to clear by special software procedures, so you can treat it as mass storage, but very quickly. |
