if u argu to use the chip u r using now, i do not have any solution except using non-volatile RAM or flash memore externally. but if u r instersted to use the derivative chip of 8051 architecture, using 89s8252 would b the best solution for u. i also had gone once through the same problem and this solved mine. i suppose this derivative would be the best match for ur problem. if u find this useful, kindly email me la. u can find the datasheet of the chip on the following address: http://www.atmel.com/dyn/resou...oc0401.pdf best of luck |
