#147412 - use RS485 transmitters and receivers
Responding to: ???'s previous message
with six slaves which will be located 6' away from the master. wanted to use the four serial pins SCK, MISO, MOSI, and SS
By using RS485 transmitters and receivers, you get differential signalling which will give you noise resistance. NO, I am NOT saying use RS485, just use the chips to get differential signalling.

If this is a very (electrically) quiet environment, you may get by with buffer/drivers for output and schmitts as input.
