if anyone have made it plz guide me through it
it is spelled "please"!!!! 1) have you made the circuit with absolutely no substitutions? 2) is every chip decoupling cap mounted less than 5mm from Vcc and Gnd? 3) you did see it said Arghmel, even if it states 89c51 below? 4) are all connections as short as possible (I assume "flying leads") 5) This is soldered, I hope, not a pegboard 6) good luck, some have had success with this.
