i have made only a little substitution because of unavailability of some resistors and capacitors
but they are minute ya but at pin 31 voltage is fluctuating constantly. will it affect the programmer. and what is that decoupling cap. and ya i know that its please not plz but the later saves time and anyone can understand it ..... so PLZ reply |
