sorry for using that short language .
the pin 31 is the pin of microcontroller i am programming the voltage at this point when checked by voltmeter flucutates between 3.5 to 5.25 even if i am not programming any thing just switching the power on and in the rest of the questions 1 connections are short(no flying leads) 2. it is soldered And i dont get the decoupling cap what is it ? and also i have done minute substitution like using 33pF instead of 30pF. |
