The issue here is not 'jealousy' but the fact that blatant amateurs as the first thing start tackling a project that is one of the most critical in every respect (components, wire lenght, frequency of uC, type of PC serial/parallel port ...) The REAL issue is that there are now oodles and bunches of '51s that can be programmed by means (serial, JTAG, ...) that even the most blatant amateur should be able to get right. Erik |
