No check for me from Cygnal......It is more the other way around. I have already purchased four different Cygnal development boards. From a developer standpoint I just know a good thing when I see it. The JTAG debug support is awesome.

You may find it interesting to note that yesterday (in another thread here) when I wrote the 8051/HC08 comparison thing I was at the Motorola WEB site and noted that some of the newest Motorola 'HC08 parts are offering on board debug support. (Now its not really new to Motorola as a company, they have had BDM, background debug mode on their 68332 processor for more than 12 years). Microchip has also come out with a hardware assist and debug scheme on one or more families of their newer parts too.

It is my belief that as time marches forward you are going to see more and more ISP based systems extending to include hardware based debug support including breakpoint capability. I'm just hot on Cygnal at the moment becasue they have brought that kind of capability to the 8051 world along with incredible performance.
