T89C51RB2 - 16K FLASH^**
T89C51RC2 - 32K FLASH^**
T89C51RD2 - 64K FLASH

AT89C51RB2 - 16K FLASH
AT89C51RC2 - 32K FLASH

** These parts not recommended for new designs.
