While everything stated above is, unfortunately, true there is one aspect we need to look out for. It is possible that "Mohammed Salaam from Afghanistan" is so intimidated by the english language (after all, it must be strange to write right to left) that his posting comes out as "send me", "give me" or so ambigous that an answer is impossible. I have seen postings where I, initially, thought "one of those students not willing to his own homework" become actual specific questions in the spirit of this forum after a couple of inquiries.

One suggestion:
As Steve and Craig happen to catch it (I, for one, do not want to increasae their load working for free) if a thread has a question to the original poster and that question does not get answered in, say, two days block the bugger and send him an e-mail telling him why.
