The idea of moving newest threads to the top of the list is being implemented in the new forum that is in beta-test. In fact, that's how I'm browsing the forum these days. :) I really want to get this new version online for the public soon. I expected to have it online this week but there was a flare-up of activity in a contract that was winding down so I had to spend more time on that than I expected.
