Your original thread seems to focus on "high speed communication". In my experiences, people going for TCP/IP, Bluetooth or CAN is because of "connectivity" not "speed" per se. I have seen people putting TCP/IP module in between a LAN and an 8051 device. The connection between this 8051 device and the TCP/IP module is still at 9600 baud. In that sense, do we really improve the speed? |
