#44750 - Quick addendum Responding to: ???'s previous message |
A purely USB solution is possible too. I could have several USB nodes (using Cygnal C8051F320's) connect to a PC. Micro-to-micro communication could be handled in the PC software.
That would make for a very flexible controller configuration - easily add and remove controller nodes. It wouldn't be well suited to controlling car, though. One little Windows freeze and you've lost total control. My research project will never leave the engine stand, but it would be nice to use the controller on the UT FSAE Formula Car. - Lee |
