Kai: actually I was going to ask you this question but I found this site which virtually does the same thing.
today I had a meeting with the dean and told him I will investigate the 4 methods of tracking the sun and see which is best:
1. calender / clock math
2. optical sensors (light head)
3. single axis tracking(both methods)
4. dual axis tracking(both methods)
He agreed to it but the bad news is he might assign it to one of his students and make me a project supervisor which I will try not to accept.
