I would use a dual port ram. Have one side programmed by your CPU, have the other clocked from a counter at 100nSec. When you program a '1' into the location, a high is clocked out, with 0 a low is clocked out. Your resolution is 100nsec.
You could do it with standard SRAM, but you would have to stop the thing to set the delays. Steve |
