#51413 - interrogating the 8052 chip |
Hi All,
I would like some advice if possible please. I am not a programmer although trying to pick it up. What I would like to know is: Can you interrogate the 8052 chip by means of a serial port connection to establish what S/W has been programmed into it and in what language? If so what S/W would I require on my PC to do this? The reason I ask is that I wish to build some test equipment for testing the functionality that is already programmed onto the chip. Any suggestions or comments would be most helpful. Thanks & regards, Stuart James |
