#51445 - RE: interrogating the 8052 chip
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Sorry for the confusion on this.

The equipment I have that uses the 8052 in question makes up part of a larger system which I do not have permanent access to in order to perform test.
It Just wouln't be practical.

I wish to confirm the operation of the 8052 away from the system it is used in.
If I can prove the component I have is servicable I can then have it installed in the complete system.

So this would just be a confidence check on the components I have.

Does this help clarify?

Stuart
