HI Guys

I have developed a running light LED display of 16X96 matrix using 89c52. I am scanning the rows & the duty cycle is 1/16. The display works fine except some flickering in the LEDs as per my calculation it seems that each row get refreshed 10-15 times / sec. I have done the programming in C and is using 24MHz crystal. Can any one will be able to help me out to overcome the problem
