Do you somehow limit the the interrupts so that they do not exceed the stack space?
nope, just not too many global DATA/IDATA variables and not too deep subroutining. The interrupts use no variables with the exception of a pointer or two. All that leave plenty of stack.

That is plain vanilla normal coding, where does your concern come from?
