I totally agree, the first line in my display routine is to disable all interrupts
which I would never do. In my opinion the way to go is NOT to disable interrupts, but to make them so fast that they do not upset the operation (in other words, make the interrupts as they should be anyhow). Another issue is that to maintain constant intensity the PWM regulator must be tiner based and that is a heck of a lot easier to do with interrupts. Erik |
