Bro, This helps ! I'm easy now .

Since I provide my GND and VCC therefore theres no substantial
Vcm , Right .I will take care of reflections as in the Application
note Zo 'n' all that stuff. Im bit worried in application note it
says if Nodes are closly placed as in my case (5 feet) , AC loading
may result with 15pF of capacitance Right should I worry for that .
My comm speed is low 38 kilo bits per sec . Tell me clearly does
shield connects to masters electrical GND ,but that would
contaminate the GND ,RF ,ESD , Lightning all flowing into the poor
little GND raising its potential.
