I have read enough datasheets about both E5 and Cygnal. I even have installed FastChip and tried it. Well, you said

For ten UARTs it requires about 800 cells and so it requires with TE512 chip.
Okay, now I can figure out which E5 chip (and its cost!) will be needed to make the same digital features as Cygnal chip has inside (timers, uarts, PCA, interrupts etc). Here I have a point to think...
