I have.

Three years ago I was working with a Cygnal part with a 10-bit ADC that gave 12-bit results. I contacted Cygnal about this and they confirmed there was an error in the microcode for that part. Within about a week or so they had corrected the problem, sent an e-mail notification to (presumably all) their clients and sent me 25 new parts!

My experiences with Cygnal since then confirm that the quality of their support is on the same, consistently high level as that of their products.
