I don't believe that the uPSD programmable logic comes anywhere near the Triscend?
But, as Steve says, they have on-chip flash - which is an issue in some cases,

As mentioned before, I did offer to ST that I'd do them a review if they sent me a DevKit.
No reply though - so Triscend continue to get the free publicity!
(If anyone from ST or their distributors is listening, the offer still stands...)
