Hmm. It reads wrong. IF you use C correctly, and you have a ground plane AND someone comes after your ass with an official EMC complaint AND you can show from your TCF that you exercised due diligence by so doing, you might not end up in jail ?

Attempts to avoid sensible design to save a few quid won't help in your defence.
