Kai When you connect the capactor to the rest of the circuit leakage from the total bank through the rest of the curcuit will cause the capacitor with the lowest internal leakage see an increase in voltage.
Dear Terry, please don't feel offended. But I don't think that this is correct! This current, which flows 'from total bank through rest of the circuit' is not leakage current, but normal discharging current. From the schematic below you can see, that the direction of this current flow can only result in a discharge of capacitors, and by this lead to a lowering of voltage: ![]() Regards, Kai |
