Electrolytics typically have a HUGE tolerance such as -0/+100%. Will capacitor matching not be required to keep voltage balance during discharge.? In the same vein, Electrolytics, as far as I recall, keep forming during the first part of their useful life, will that not require re-matching occasionally.
