#61512 - 8051 Business Sharing Advise
Hallo ,

I have started my own 8051 embedded system development business .I
need some good advice from ya all . We are three people (company owner)
and rest employees . I founded the organisation and funded it along with
my other friend with 50% shares and capital in the company . The third
partner is a friend of mine but is unable to share the working capital
due to his financial difficulies ,but he is very important to us as he
is very efficient in communication skills and labour management skills .He is
the one who very efficiently handels our 18 employees . Please suggest
me what type of share should I decide for him ,I dont wanna bellitle him
by offering something that is wrong . I presently plan two ways .

1) By offering him 20% of the net profit ? thats all .

OR

2) By offering him 30% that will make our share (my =35% other person also 35%).
And then deducting profit against salary of our employees. That means forcing
him to share the salaries of our employees .

Any other excellent idea on your behalf welcomed .

Sincerely
Tim Anderson
