Profit sharing can backfire dramatically - one year you 'share' $10.000, the next there is no profit and it will be seen as a paycut .
Does that means profit sharing is better than giving some fixed salary . Kindly suggest me out of an income of say 100 $ ,what is the reasonable amount of share for someone who is not investing his capital and is capable of making your business move on. Thanks Tim |
