I further need some type of plan from your end, as we think we couldnt manage the employees the way he does.
Afterall he is much important in the success of our business .I ask here because he is an old friend of us an I know what company consultant lawyers say us ,but I dont wanna do that to him , I need advice on humanitarian grounds and welcome each one of you .
